Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Leading from your window pain
To a place behind the sun
Just a step behind the rain
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There’s a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby
Someday I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That’s where you’ll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow
Where birds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then oh why cant I
If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh, why cant I
It has been so so long since i saw a rainbow, and it’s a full rainbow, so i thought it’s a sign. A sign to show me that it would be a great weekend. All went well except something i said last night. I don’t even realise it’s a mistake, and i still don’t think it’s a mistake till now. It really did ruin my wholeeee week. wtf….
*******************************
On a lighter note, the day i got back to Penang, i had dinner with one of my closest friend, PohAi. She’s like an older sister to me ever since i met her. Guiding me in a lot of things and giving me alot of advices, bringing me to the clubs and pubs, exposing me to the girls weakest point – makeup!! and shopping..haha Without her, i’ll still be the girl that sits at home almost everyday with my hair tied up in ponytails, reading novels using flashlights, without knowing how a pool table looks like. HAHAHAH.
We went to our favourite dining place, Yataimura! I ordered my usual katsudon, and her, the whole set of ramen plus rice plus gyoza! As glutton as she might be, she’s still very slim and pretty. Some people just have the genes..haiz…
Guess where we headed next??
YES! another one of our favourite hangout. Haagen Dazz. Flower Blossom! Woot! and no GREEN TEA flavour!! HAHA, unlike boss stewie, we both hate green tea flavour.
Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me. It’s the first celebration this year, small yet meaningful as it consist of everything that i really love =)
ps: it’s not even my birthday yet…hhahaah
ps:: PohAi’s bf took the photo of us…after many many many takes…

Angels Children’s Home
Saturday morning, i was asked to volunteer at this place in OUG. To help some Raleigh people to paint the walls. It’s a shelter for abused, neglected and orphaned childrens. So i thought “What the heck la, just go, take it as exercise and charity. Somemore can reminisence the ol’ times of pre-camp”
I was wide awake since 930am since Christal told me she’s coming around my place around 10. I waited…and waited…and waited…send her sms-es “Oi, bila nak datang?!?”
She replied “20 minutes la, coming out from the house now”
Her 20minutes turns out to be 3 hours actually T ______________ T
There’s already a hoard of people there when we got there. They already conquered the wall, so i went to play with the kids. They were so adorable and good manners. And they were so manja ok…heart can melt, so semangat telling me some story from some comic book i never heard off.

Ya, i know i abit pinsam because i only took photos of these kids…go over to christal blog for more details and photos.

So i cut stencils for the rest of the afternoon, and then it start raining.

We went out for some nice steamboat at Sri Petaling..kakaka… Then continue working for the rest of the time.
There’s like red ants and cockcroaches running around the drain, but we had no place to stand except in the drain -.-|| Our sources of light that night was from the only street lamps and our mobile phones.
By the way, they had some one sponosor us lunch and then the coffee shop boss around that area saw us working till late so he sponsored us paus for supper..hehe…so kind ok.
Until 2AM, it’s a WRAP!!
Actually those people from raleigh not only did the front wall, mural but also they painted the whole double storey house. I mean, practically the whole facade of the house, they had scaffolding around the house. OMG, how resourceful can those people be.
I really had a nice time there with those people. The volunteers are all from different walks of life. It’s a good experience for me as this is the first time i went to any shelters. Hope to go there soon =)
DivaLisa’s Engagement Dinner
My only sister was officially and legally married to a wonderful man during my last semester break.
In the morning, we went to to Registry Office, to…. registry. Me and mom went to the saloon to get our hair nicely done, but came out the saloon very unhappy with our hair, we did it ourselves at home -.-||
Every little girl dream of getting married someday, today her’s was realise.

The process of the whole thing was kinda short. She was giggling while taking oath -.-” Then the deal was signed. Raymond, no pressure…hehe..watched like an eagle.
and it’s a done deal.
Thanks to Christal for helping us take some photos, it’s really lovely. You are like our family friend. Know you you for more a decade already. hahaha .
After that, we proceed to have our family photo taken together with Jaz. So complete. However i wish my grandad was there. We went home, and grab some McD on the way..and then went dentist 0_O Weird right, after you got married, all of things, you go to the dentist out of the blue..hahha
The dinner was held at
It’s actually a very posh place. I’ve only been there twice. Then i realize, it wasn’t that expensive afterall, just that the place is so grand i thought it will cost me RM100 for an ice cream.
I wanted to take a nice photo of the mansion, but the stupid car was parked there. After dinner, i thought it would be gone, but it’s still parked there. Stupid!!
The ambience was wonderful!! They have a jazz band playing there which suits DivaLisa since she’s a Jazz freak. She even name our dog, Jaz.One of the waiter there looks abit like Michael Scorfield, no kidding, even my brother’s gf agrees with me. haha
Our dinner party started off well. The food i feel it’s only so-so. Well, at least my steak isn’t that amazing, was kinda overcooked. But DivaLisa’s angelhair in squid ink was lovely. I really want to eat the whole plate. hahahaha.. Then we had a range of cakes for desserts.
I brought along the tripod. So i kinda look silly carrying a tripod in a middle of a posh restaurant. But i don’t want to ruin the photo’s with flash light. and the only way i know is to use slow shutter speed. Bodohnya.
And after dinner, we had a photo infront of the place. I’m a little bit blur because i had to ran to get in position. hahaha
Last but not least, i wish both of you happiness in future. Many good years ahead of you.
Insomnia
Yalar…thanks to the siesta i had just now, i’m gonna be a cranky bitch tomorrow.
Partly it’s also because of the “thing” i’ve been planning with a few friends recently. Suddenly got few people so excited bout it!! I’m so glad that they are looking forward to it as much as i am.
Hope it turns out as how i wanted it to be. Perfect.
To those involve, zip it first. Not good time to reveal anything as it might affect a few people.
