‘Twas a great and fun weekend back in Penang last weekend.

It was a well planned event! We bought the tickets when we knew the dates. Lucky for us as the ticket was sold out!! Alot of people went anyway without any tickets and left disappointed (i guess!! )

I can’t recall needing any tickets last year though. I do remember that the crowd was twice the size! Good for Penang! Bunch of jolly good people. Saw so many of the usual face there, the people who you usually see when there’s some event happening.

Me and raye even saw our ex Financial Director!! The good looking Jon C. hahahaha

It was also a long awaited, off schedule hen party/post birthday party for our Autumn Girl!

Desmond finally joined us very late into the night and just for awhile. While looking for last year post, i saw his comment to “count me in” this year! hahahah

It was a great night. Truly believe everyone had a fantastic time too. Let’s book ourselves for another round next year!!

Autumn’s Day

2 weeks ago, instead of attending Arthur’s Day in Sunway Lagoon, I went back to Penang for Autumn’s Day. We have been waiting for this day to come since late last year. Preparing and planning to lose weight (most important task of course) and helping Pling’s to get everything in order.

Finally, life seems to blur past our eyes and here we are, witnessing one of our very best friend taking wedding photos, and then getting married…haiz.. *teary eye*

Morning session. Not much pictures because the “tai kam kong” (master of ceremony ??) is a very potong-stim guy. Unwillingly waking up at 6something on a Sunday morning after sleeping at 2am, hence the unfriendliness towards camera.

Summer, Autumn, Spring, Winter – The Seasons.

How did Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter came about? Back in secondary school, I’m sure clique of girls will form naturally. Somehow, in my school, we nickname the clique with weird names ie Seasons, Monsters. And that sticks with us up till now. Almost 8 years.. In a way, I really do think that our personalities reflects and carry the nickname well.. hahaha

The dinner was a huge success! I’m really glad that most friends are able to make it. As this would actually be the first wedding dinner we attend for a close friend with alll good friends, we are all equally over the top!

The bride’s red helpers and herself  I hope we did a good job. The guys were required to wear red ties supplied by Pling and they looked like sega’s waiters hahahaha

Good times, great times. Everyone was having fun. By everyone, I meant Pling’s friends. Only after the dinner, I was informed that the relatives were staring at us -__-  But heck with them, it’s her wedding and we are all celebrating it with style. We are running, toasting, singing and dancing from table to table non-stop. We were in our tiny little party bubble by then, ignorant of the outsiders..

It’s like a competition between the bride’s and groom’s side. Shouting YAMMM SEEENNNGGGGG non stop. Strategies on how to shout longer, we splilt ourselves into 2 teams so we’ll never run out of breath as a whole…Refuse to give in, we kept shouting to show that the bride’s had more hengtai chimuiz… Hahahhahahha

Just look at everyone’s priceless expression when Pling’s brother dropped one of the camera which bounces of the carpet -_________-

Words simply couldn’t describe the feeling of happiness and joy I have for this fantastic union. I’m sure Speng @ Spring totally understand what I’m talking about. Pling hired a fantastic wedding band. When they started to belt out “Top of the World”, our song… we felt like we are the proud mama of her.. Weird right. It’s not only me though.. mutual feelings among the seasons. At the end of the day, we know who the “chi muiz” are and learn to appreciate each other more. Again, the very best wishes to Pling and Hin. ♥ ♥ ♥

Pre-Autumn’s Day

Back in the time when I first wear light blue pinafore to school, i met this girl in my class. At that time, we both share the same height and sat on the first row of the class.

She was transferred to my school together with a few other girls (I just realize I’m the only true colistrians out of us 4!! o_O) Through schooling and girl guide, plus various school kaypo-ing activities, we all grow closer with each other became fast friends, dance mate, classmates and dearies

Last Sunday(actually registered last year -_-), she officially add the R between the MS. But BEFORE that, the usual suspects came together and had a photo shoot together that doubles as a wedding gift.

Not really prepared, we went ahead and had a blast!! It was such great fun and laughed till our tummy ache. Whats with the super joker Wpeng and Pomchak around. People just laugh out loud by staring at Wpeng’s face without any antics hahahaha

The one thing I like and dislike about the shoot was there was alot of candid shots. Luckily for us, most of it turns out good. Below is also proof that I’m a true posing idiot. I saw the girls putting their arms up, but had no idea where to place my finger. So i just plop it somewhere before Fox snap  -___-  I seriously have no sense of sexiness whatsoever… fail..wtf..

Daily Dressing

Last monday, I reached KL at around 3AM straight from Penang and straight to bed.

Waking up at 730AM was torturous!! And I just put on my most less-fuss formal wear to work..

On the way sleep-walking back to office after lunch, I got stopped by some girl that wanted to take my photo…

Hehehe. Okay, i admit, secretly I’m very happy (No longer a secret -__-) because never would i imagine, anything i wear will interest anyone! hohoho

The above image was taken from their website so I’m again very pleased to know my photo was selected although i pose like shit and face like shit…hehehe..

Although Christal commented it had bad lighting and as if the photo taken at an alley, but i’m still happy…hoho..

Been extremely busy with weddings, birthdays and more birthday to attend and work and work!

Unions

Last friday, I attended a wedding dinner in many years and most excitingly, this is my friend’s wedding dinner #1!

There’ll be more I know, I already have 2 more wedding dinners line up this year…This only shows 1 thing…I’m getting old!!

It was a great night spend. I get to spend almost the entire night with my dearies. How rare is that? Usually we’ll be seeing each other over lunch and that’s it.. Speng would be rushing home to KL or Pling need to rush home…
