Last weekend was a long weekend!  What did I do?

Saturday Night was unplanned. Adhoc. Every single bit of it. Ha ha ha..

#1 – Free Tickets from RuiXin!

#2 – Middle section, just nice

#3 – Some random Audience

#4 – The Maestro. Super talented guy with instruments and natural gifted with amazing voice. His live performances was more like acoustic live jazz and sound like we are listening to the CD. But that’s the thing. He could have injected some “life” into the concert. I still think Jason Mraz is the best live performer in terms of showmanship, spontaneity and overall voice :) Having said that, still a good talent. At least not digitally altered voice like so many out there nowadays.

#5 – Pleasant surprise when we headed home at 2am after a conspiracy in Casino. A nail was found in the tyre. The tyre refused to budged at all from the “tyre holder bearing thingie”

#6 – Girls are absolutely helpful in this kinda situation. The boys had to have a reason to speed up the repair work. Kekeke….

#7 – Mr.SmallFace and DESSTANNN! saved the day (literally!!) by kicking the damn useless tyre out and replacing it with the spare one.

We only got home at 4plus in the morning 0__O  It was a long and slow drive home plus I think it was drizzling and oh so tired, were we..!

Ps: I say BB camera are really not bad at all! Considering how dim the places were when all the above was taken. Without any setting done and Without any flash!!

PSS: Omaigod~ It’s already JUNE! Where did the first 5 months went?? I dont want to see the calender flipped to 2012 so soon T___T

Central World

So heartbreaking.

To actually receive the news, a place where I had lunch, had dinner, got to know new colleagues and superior got burned down. For me, is for no apparent reason at all.

Not only it got burned down, it collapsed… All that remains are the ruins..

Never in my dream I would imagine this would happen to Bangkok.. Whatever happened to the land of smiles?

Bangkok is always associated with Happiness, Shopping, Fun, Laughter, Friends, Serenity, Temples,  Awesome times, Trying funky street food, great time laughing at friends…

Now, everyday we fear something will happen to friends, colleagues and innocent citizens.. Hope everything return to normal soon. Although it will never be the same again :(

During happier times at bangkok ..

Swan Restaurant, Kuantan

One of the most ask question when one visit places like Kuantan, Cherating is ” WHAT TO EAT?”

Many will be skeptical that places apart from Penang Penang and Penang can offer any yummy dishes.

But the one is wrong!!!

How can that be? In the small city of Kuantan, actually lies a very yummy dish of Claypot Milky Prawn.

This place was recommended to us by MrSmallFace’s colleague, and he only recommended 3 dishes and 3 dishes is all we ordered…. (plus a not-up-to-standard at all “Sai Yong Choy Thong” )

Therefore, if you ever go Kuantan, YOU SHOULD TRY THIS 3 DISHES!!

The Handmade Square Toufu

The Claypot Milky Prawn which is the ultimate  bomb of the trip!! The concoction of the milk and cream and seafood just blends extremely  well together. This dish is what you define as fingers licking good

Last but not least, The Amazon Thai Asam Fish.  The portion is so generous we name it the fish from Amazon river :)

That’s all for now. Stay tune for next update…soon… -___-

Perception IS Reality

Again, the saying ” Perception IS reality” prove itself. I have become what they speculate and perceive of me. The real thing is just a vague memory they might as well throw away. It just seems yesterday that we walk down the same path, but down the path, we now met with an intersection.
The world seems kinder when I believe neither half of the good people tell us of ourselves, nor half of the evil they say of others.
Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Sharing some wise word

I’m not really sure if I’m still eligble in sharing wise word anymore because..

I had finally mustered enough courage to have my 2 other wisdom teeth removed, on the SAME DAY!

Before this, I’ve been ranting on and on how the teeth had been giving me hell every other day. The previous visit I had at the dentist, I already had one removed as the dentist was very honest and doesn’t cost as much as quoted back in penang. I am still holding grudges against Clinic Phoon at Terengganu Road. Worst receptionist ever.

Now, out of the 4 teeth, I already took 3 out, leaving a non impacted tooth growing in peace. Many would fear on the surgery, the trauma, the thought of a dentist slowly slicing your gums open, breaking the teeth into pieces and then pulling them out slowly… and of course, the healing process.

I just want to share my experience here so that those who are suffering now will at least have an idea what to expect.

Consultation with the dentist is of course crucial. The dentist will explain to you the process of removing the tooth and most probably the cost and difficulty level as well. Arrange for an appointment, eat whatever you will before the surgery to curb craving and go for it!

The dentist i choose is Dr.TK Yap in ss2 and he’s really good! Once my lips and tongue go numb, he started to slice my gums open and cut the bottom tooth into half and got them out. The top one was alittle painful when he was pulling them out as there’s some infection already.

Then i spend the next 2 days drooling like retard and can’t really eat anything at all, fearing food crumbs will fall into the open socket. So i opt to eat ice cream and milk and cold drinks. There is actually not alot of pain except for the sore feeling I had at most time.

Put towels over the pillow before you sleep as you WILL be drooling blood as the wound will not heal so fast.

Overall, the entire experience is not as horrifying as i’ve imagine! The dentist is seriously recommended to anyone in PJ area, KL.

The clinic is above Poh Kong – 03-7877 8476

I’m still contemplating on whether or not to post up the photos i took of the 2 little bugger. Yes, he put the 2 teeth into a small bottle and let me bring home.. hehe

Currently Im addicted to Train -Hey Soul Sisters song…
