Enough to last me through the entire 2010 if I do not go trigger high in the upcoming festive season What more when they are Pooh, HelloKitty, Princess and Mickey Mouse. #4 Knowing that Christmas is so near. It’s my favourite festive season of all mainly because of the songs and deco. I know I’m chinese but I really don’t like the loud tong tong tong chiang!  I love winter as it makes everything looks so beautiful, minus the extreme cold night, wouldn’t mind that much if there’s someone to snuggle with hmm.. I know ChoonSeong would be laughing or disagreeing with me already. But i also love winter clothing because can cheat guys with the thickness, they canot determine whether I’m fat or thin  HAHA!

Too many year end means holiday season..Too bad for me, not so much long holidays because since working, “long holidays” no longer exist in my dictionary

#5 Jason Mraz new Beautiful Mess – Live on Earth CD. Today especially when it rained so so hard on the way home from work, I had this CD blasting through my car flimsy speakers, while feeling so protected inside my “milo tin” car against the harsh storm. I’m always happy to have any Jason Mraz’s songs playing while I’m driving.. It actually feels serene to be siting inside the car while the rain splash away.

#5 The photos from my lx3 Still plenty to learn. But all the above photos are taken with lx3 except for Jazz’s. So nice isnt it!! No editing done at all except for resizing.

#6 On Friday night, me and the usuals went to Changkat Bukit Bintang. First time for me and I feel so comfortable there! The place is so nice and plays the right musics. My era music.. -__- It does help that the crowd here are more matured (shit! ) and the place is open area therefore, no smokey hair the day after!!

I’m happy and glad that the couple who (although it’s so cliché but still i’m gonna say it) so meant to be together allows me to be there on their special day. hehehe. As what duckie say, “It’s the differences that makes the relationship interesting”. I wish the both of you much happiness

ps: this post is so random. Actually if I can channel my thought when I’m driving home from work everyday into blog post directly, then you guys will have plenty to read! hahhahaha

Another year gone

Continuation from the previous post.

So after lunch, me and MrSmallFace finally got to watch 2012 together. I think its a nice movie. The impact of the natural disaster scenes was great!

Dinner was at Sid’s Pub, Bangsar South. Been wanting to try the place after reading so much review from everywhere.

They renovated the place to make it look like any other of the thousand pubs in UK. Knowing how I love UK, it’s the perfect place for my birthday. Simple dinner with the group of friends, just like always, everyone rowdy and happy clappy.

The place was very full and we had to wait for almost 20mins to get a table for our party of ten. So while waiting, we ordered a couple of pints. As you can see, mine is already half gone ZzzZzz…

The place serves all sorts of beers from the tap. To my delight, they have cider…!\

No further a due, Cheeboo’s spring chicken.

This blue cheese with mushroom is so so so good! I ordered it halfway through our meal and no regrets. I love cheese and mushroom, this dish have best of both HMmmmm!! Almost everyone was dipping their fries into the oozy cheesy goodness.

My “Ben Nevis” burger which is double pork patties, egg, bacon AND  cheese..Can you say “WOW!”

It tastes so delicious! Will definitely go back again for it. again and again.

MrSmallface Pork Vindaloo. It was too spicy for me that I can’t really taste anything..

LadyCow’s chicken in a basket. Which is chicken strips and fries in a basket.

Lancashire Pot. No idea what it is as did not tasted it.

i just love my order for that night. Meat and cheese galore ♥ If i’m not careful, surely will gain all the weight that I’ve lost…

With Teongli..Thanks for always layan-ing my last minute calls for dinner and introducing me to all the nasi lemak around our area!

LadyCow.. Just missing Autumn Dear :(

With my only cake this year.  They gave me the cake before twelve with XX number of candle…

I’m gonna make taking instant photo with birthday cake a tradition.

And then soon after the clock strike twelve, the gang suddenly start singing again. To my surprise. It’z my favourite mille crepe cake. Thanks LadyCow for remembering. ♥

The guys gave me the key to join the charm club..

It’s something for them to start and MrSmallface to continue hehehe. I bet many people did not know that I’ve been wanting to have  a charm bracelet for the longest time. I love reading Enid Blyton’s while I was young and very much influence by it. There was once I stumbled into a shop selling all the trinkets and charm in Sheffield but all I can afford is stare and admire how pretty and shiny all the tiny charms are. Now I own one ♥ ♥ ♥!!! Weeee…

Thanks guys for such a nice, cozy night!! Eh, but how come the picture is missing Rubberband??

The next day, DivaLisa treated me to a nice lunch at Apartment.

Before dropping MrSmallFace to the airport, we had a simple dinner at Kissaten, Jaya One. Highly recommended.

The food are reasonable priced and good with great portions.

My weird ginger beer. I don’t know why I ordered it. Properly cos I fancy the packagin -__-

and also gyoza. All these for less than RM50. Great deal.

And they play Jazz music. I likey!

Finally when I went home, MrSmallFace left a final surprise for me under my bed. I practically had to crawl all the way under it to get it…ZzzZzzz

Surprise, no?? I bet you are surprise too  So creative, always the artistic ones ♥

It was a great weekend well spent. Happy Happy ♥♥♥  MrSmallFace did an awesome job arranging everything. If there’s anything that went wrong during the weekend, its only me to blame for being such a control freak and too smart to surprise.. ngek ngek ngek…

Just like that another year has gone by. Grown a year older and i hope wiser with the things I learn in life. Definitely half the size  AHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA ..

Oktoberfests ‘09

‘Twas a great and fun weekend back in Penang last weekend.

It was a well planned event! We bought the tickets when we knew the dates. Lucky for us as the ticket was sold out!! Alot of people went anyway without any tickets and left disappointed (i guess!! )

I can’t recall needing any tickets last year though. I do remember that the crowd was twice the size! Good for Penang! Bunch of jolly good people. Saw so many of the usual face there, the people who you usually see when there’s some event happening.

Me and raye even saw our ex Financial Director!! The good looking Jon C. hahahaha

It was also a long awaited, off schedule hen party/post birthday party for our Autumn Girl!

Desmond finally joined us very late into the night and just for awhile. While looking for last year post, i saw his comment to “count me in” this year! hahahah

It was a great night. Truly believe everyone had a fantastic time too. Let’s book ourselves for another round next year!!

Hennessy Artistry!

So Hennessy Artistry @ Quattro huh..

I’ve never been to Quattro before nor to any of the artistry event. So I’m kinda excited and eager to go when Desmond said he had an extra pass for me

Plus, it has already been so long since I’ve been to any of the clubs in KL, I was kinda distressed because of the universal question –> What Am I Going to WEAR?!

6pm sharp, i zoom home to pick an outfit from my very limited wardrobe :(

Anyway, I’m quite glad my make up skill has not deteriorate that much. But definitely not good enough as I forgot that there will be big camera with flashes which will make my face as pale as a piece of paper..So basically, it’s pointless for me to put on any makeup -___-

Had to pinkout part of the photo. Else MrSmallFace will go berserk. hehehe

At Quattro with my dearies!!

Because Desmond got us the vip pass, we get to experience the “red carpet”. Once we got our wrist band, we were ushered to a board wall and had at least 5 mega big ass camera suddenly pointing at us. With guys screaming, “Hey look here! then HERE! AND here HERE!!“

I look so fat. so sad  I suck at posey posey. Such a waste of time me watching so much ANTM and gossip girls and SATC.

Then we were ushered off to Spring (the bar) for free flow of Hennessey WHeeeeee!! They have Hennessey with apple and all sort of mixer. Really the art of mixing huh. The crowd then flow over to Autumn where the performance was held.

While waiting for SweeHeng’s pass, we were hanging around and getting our photos taken. 90% me and Speng only. but this is the only one we found. AGAIN!

Maybe we are just not that pretty/attractive/cute/slutty enough to post online and grab attention. All falls back to me being a kayu at posing i think.

Inside, we watched acts like Lenka, Paul Freeman (???) and Boys like Girls performed.

Apparently BLG is the biggest act but we left shortly after they came up because it got really noisy and all. It was a blessing that we get to stay up at the balcony reserved for vip. Cool air and free flow of drinks again! plus SOFA to sit on.

Sofa’s luxury in these kinda event i think. Considering the crowd and groupies there. Anyway, we left for some nasi lemak ayam goreng, nyum nyum!! I just can’t take the noise anymore i guess.

The morning after, i updated my FB status with ” Certified with Chop Karat Klubbing” supported by Desmond and some other =_________=

That’s the last batch of photos with my hair waist long I think. I went back Penang the following weekend, walked into a saloon randomly and had my hair cut.

Shorter with long fringe/bangs. Which I can swept all to the side and be goody good girl for work, or just some messed up look for weekend (preferred)

Had not regretted it yet.

Level up!

I actually turned down an offer to RCA with a bunch of beautiful people when I’m alone in bangkok.

What happen? I am not really sure myself. Given this option 1 year ago, I would have teleport there that very instant :P

Really do prefer to sit somewhere not booming with music I don’t listen to anymore and have my drink in peace while having good conversation with people. Minus sorethroat from shouting.

I think my category in this blog for partypartyparty is about to retire…

My last day with my previous company marks a new beginning. With my very capable teamleader and her best friend

At night, Kimmie the party planner asked us to Soi for a drink. Theme for the night is Floral night. Since i’m like out of the scene for soooo long, I thought it’s really a floral theme night..Hence the flowery dress Turns out it’s just among us. But there’s so many other people in floral..

My lunch buddies for a year. 3 out of four had move on. Left Kimmie now…

The girls. I don’t think I’ll find colleagues like you girls anymore. It’s so hard to find.. Gonna miss working with you all so much :(

Flowers and tree trunk =_____= The guys can’t find any flower theme cloth so they wore trees/plants instead

Like MrSmallFace wore palm trees ..

My new role is totally foreign and fresh to me. Not what I’ve studied for the past 5 years and definately not what I did for the past 1.5years. I don’t know how it will go, but I’m eager to find out

Anyway, I found a gem of a place here! True one. I’ve been at this place 3 times in a week already will share more after I’m done with it..

AND AND

I found the holga Multicolor!! I blogged about it before and was so excited when I saw it.

But it’s so expensive to me now
